I'd recommend at that size. He is a very little baby right now.
 
I'd also make the food particles much smaller as their mouths are not as big as their eyes are. ;) Seeing the fish with a bloodworm in it's mouth for days just screams a potential choking incident. The fish should be able to swallow the food parts into their stomach to digest them.

I'll make sure to make them smaller. He didn't really have that in his mouth for long. It was about 15 minutes and he had it gone.
