Frozen brine shrimp vs frozen bloodworms

Is one more healthier / better than the other ?

Don't know about the health issue, but my fish won't eat frozen brine shrimp. They love frozen bloodworms though.

I feed both. I create a homemade frozen mixture with bloodworms, brines shrimps, flake food, pellet food...

Put foods into container, put water into it, when it's molted you freeze it and crush the ice plate.

Variety is good in most cases, there are exceptions ofcourse where certain fish need strict diets.

Brine shrimp are higher in protein than blood worms. Though blood worms are a good snack I wouldn't make them the main course because they are something like 88 percent water! It also depends what kind of fish you have
