I have a 20g freshwater tank with two mollies and a swordtail. My plants and the walls of my aquarium are covered in what I assume is algae its white/light green and its furry or hair looking. Is there any ways of getring rid of this? I scrubbed it off the walls and have been doing water changes but its covering all my plants and decorations.

I had this in my tank I added more plants and also purchased some true SAE and that pretty much did the job

Yeah I clean my tank, and there is no sun hitting it. I wish I had access to SAE but cant find them anywhere!

Nerites, mystery, and assassins are all snails that won't eat your plants. Shrimp have basically no bioload. You would want good sized japonica aka Amano shrimp to make sure the Molly and sword wouldn't eat them. Ottos are tinny little fish that don't have much bioload either.
