future dreaming :)

So I got a 10 gal set up at a garage sale already this year. $10, for tank,lid,light,heater and filter. Not a kit either
So today I was dreaming about setting it up next to my bed.
Sparkling Gouramis caught my eye. I would really love to do a tank with them in it.
How would you set it up?
Would you put other fish with?
Multiple s.g.?

Sometimes you can post and never get a response on the board, normally due to previous matching threads. I personally have never owned a sparkling gourami, but I would start by doing a google search and researching information such as water temperament, where they originate, size. Good luck!
