What are the lil bugs that scoot around in the water column (I think) and maybe just up & down the glass in FW tanks? They look white or maybe clearish, VERY tiny. I've seen Copepods in saltwater but I didn't know FW have something similar.

This is in my *very* lightly planted Glo-fish tank. I also had quite a planaria or some kind of very, very thin hair-like worm bloom (maybe from over feeding by my kids) but that seems to be almost non-existent now. I pulled all the gravel out, let everything settle & did a big vac and slowed the feeding down. So what are these new things? Thanks!

Copepods exist in FW as well. The numbers for those and other inverts such as worms will rise and fall depending on the amount of food available.
