Glue Safe For Aquarium?

I don't know where it's sold, but Aquascaping cement is used in saltwater to secure live rocks and hold down coral plugs. You could try that.

100% silicone is also safe once it's fully cured (usually after 24hrs or so), but I've had problems getting it to stay put when it's not gluing glass, acrylic, or silicone together.
 
I was wandering if anyone knows if its fish safe.

As for fish safe glue you can use any silicone that is 100% silicon NO mold/mildew inhibiters, hot glue, aquarium putty and aquarium silicone are some I know of.
 
I have always used super glue gel. It can even be applied under water. When I frag my corals, I just apply a drop to a ceramic plug and place the coral. Works every time.
