gold gourami not eating with the group

I have one male gold gourami that is the biggest gold one in the tank and he wont eat that much and wont eat when I feed (sometimes he takes 1-2 flakes) but most of the time he just sits there wile the other fish eat.

Internal infections or parasites can cause lack of appetite. Try feeding medicated food and see if he improves. Does he have any other problems?
