I agree with absolutangel, up the numbers of the schoolers and see how your nitrAtes are. If they are still pretty low, I'd recommend a Pearl Gourami.

IMO, even if you added to all your schools, you would be fine to add a dwarf gourami or a honey gourami. If you wanted a bigger gourami, like a blue gourami, I suggest you first up your schools a bit and then see hoe well your parameters hold up and that would be a good indicator for whether or not you could add a larger gourami.
