Just measured mine without the tube outlets it's 11 inch high , other dimensions are spot on ..

Helpful tip ! When connecting the hoses to the tubes for in and out make sure to use pliers or something to squeeze the clips as tight as you can, I had a problem with mine getting air in, so once I tightened the clips which I thought were tight enough ! No more problems with air
