1 angelfish (centerpiece)
5 Cory cats
3 kuhli loaches
4 killifish (unsure which kind)

I'm unsure on the killifish, but other then that you sound good

Sounds good, just make sure that the Killi's you get don't nip fins.

Okay, could I add more than 1 angelfish?

I wouldn't. Could end up with 2 males. If they pair, then the other fish are likely to get harassed.
