I Think my gouramis may be nipping each others fins. How do I stop it?

The males are usually more colorful.
Could you please tell us what tank size this is?

Males are bright and vibrant, the female are more dull. Store usually carry mostly males because they're more colorful.

Males usually have longer fins, and deeper colors IMO. Females are more dullish and smaller than males.
It could be your gold gourami bullying your dwarves.

Ok I think I'll keep an eye on him. The 2 dwarf males are the ones that have been nipped. The female hasn't been nipped at all.

Hmmm... A possibility, a small one at that, is something ive had before. The platys could be identifying the bright colors of the male dwarfs as other male platys, and would therefore nip them. I had an issue like this with a flame dwarf and sunburt platy. However, i wouldnt put much merit into this idea. I'm just trying to gather possibilities. Whoa. Just sounded like my science teacher there. not a good sign...
