Gourami Male Aggression Toward The Female... I might have a Solution, Thoughts?

So its a mild bullying around food and not very physical and she is not stressed yet... I want to add 1-2 more females but not sure how many I should. I am leaning more towards 2 females.

Question: Do the other females need to be 2 more pearls? or would 2 opalines work? Or would any 2 females work?

Other tank mates are:
25 cardinal tetras
1 golden ram
6 oto cats
2 pearl gouramis
