Green water!! Is it normal?

Well I have this kid pool I bought some months ago.

I have like 10 guppies, 2 Platies and 1 pleco.

1 acuatic plant and another one I found on a lake ��

I have it outdoors but no direct sunlight.

More info:
-129 lt
-power head sponge filtration is 180 lts/hr * thats what I calculate
-weekly 25-50% water change *sometimes twice a week
-no heater

Pics aren't showing? I'm guessing that green after is showing up because of excess food and light causing algae.
