Greens?

usually feed my three bp parrots flakes, cichlid pellets, plankton, shrimp, and once in a while frpwzrn bloodworms..... What else can I feed them.... I want to try feeding them lettuce and peas..... How should I do this and are there any other vegetables that they can eat??

I feed mine all that you mentioned as well as cucumber and algae wafers.

You can also try canned green beans. They should eat just about anything you put in there. LOL. I've never seen picky parrots.

Do you mash them up to make them smaller, and are they good for them?

I think that variety is good for fish so yes, my opinion is that veggies are good for fish.

You shouldn't have to mash them up unless your fish are very small.
