Hello Brooke...

You surely can, along with frozen mysis shrimp, plankton and krill. All are excellent. Use the brands without any additives. These are best. No need to chop up the cubes, just drop them into the tank.

Don't know how many fish you have and dropping the cube in is a good idea but if you only have a small amount of fish you will do much better cutting a chunk off the cube and dropping it in. A full cube is alot of food and unless you have alot of fish in the tank you are going to foul the water.

I only have 14 guppies ( 5 males and 9 females)

With that few fish I'd shave alittle off into the tank, let them eat it, add alittle more. They really don't need that much food.
