Guppy fry

Is there any way to safely move guppy fry? I didn't notice that one of my females was pregnant, so she had the fry in the main guppy tank. I moved all the older ones into a spare tank, but, the fry are still in the main tank. (I turned the filter off and everthing.

All I did was net them, quickly before other fish could get to them.
