Harlequin Rasbora maybe sick help.

My harlequin Rasbora has a white area near its dorsal fin and I think it might be sick. My Params are fine and I will be posting pics shortly.

P.s. I posted this thread in the general discussion because it has more views than unhealthy fish.

A pic would help. What are your params exactly? Is it a white cottony growth or does it look like the edge of the fin is wasting away? Something else? It's hard to diagnose without seeing it. What are the tank mates? Tank size?
