Heater ?!?!?!

I cleaned out tank and put in new plants 4 DAYS ago and forgot to turn back on heater. Tank went from 78* to 70*. Crap !!!!!!! I turned back on heater and it is at 74* right now. How can I minimize stress as much as humanly (fishy) ;~ possible. ????? Salt in water? StressGuard?

Temperature is back up to 78° Everybody looks okay. Swimming around normal. I might have dodged a bullet on that one

Dont worry, i did the same thing with my 150g. Forgot to turn the heater back on and next water change the water was freezing..... Im prob just going to switch to all jager heaters. They have auto-off when the water goes below a certain line
