Help

I posted yesterday in the pond section but nobody replied.......Does anybody know about caring for koi and water requirements? My neighbors moved about 2 months ago and left their koi behind. Its a very small pond. About 3 1/2 feet wide and 1 1/2 feet long maybe about 20 gal with a pile of rocks in the middle. There are about 7 koi between 6 and 9 inches and a tiny baby! Of course they abused every animal they ever had, cat, dog, etc. Their turtle even ran away, seriously.

I am not a pond keeper, but try to PM the more active members in the Pond Forum. It's tough being summer, people on vacaction or simply getting away for the weekend. Good luck with your new pond!
