Help and advice one my new x2 25 gallon tanks

Hey everyone I got these tanks off a guy for 30 let them sit with water and no leaks buttt hey are rather messy can anyone tell me exactly what to clean it with???

Wouldn't the razor scratch it?

White vinegar & some elbow grease is reasonably effective means for cleaning used tanks. Rinse well. Good luck with your new tanks!

If you are not careful, yes, of course. Glass is tough stuff though and as long as you keep the blade flat you will be fine. Try the elbow grease method first though.
