Unhappy HELP betta has lump on spine?

My betta has been growing this tumor thing on his back for a few weeks and it is just getting bigger. I do a 25% water change in his 10 gallon tank every week, all the other fish (I have 4 neon tetras) seem to be fine. It’s hard to keep him from overeating, and make sure the others have food too so I wonder if that could be part of it. He’s been hiding in the log more as well as laying on the bottom more, but just a bit. He’s still eating and swimming around mostly normal! Please help; is this an abscess I can treat with antibiotics? Nothing I’ve seen online looked like this so I have no clue what it could be!!
