The LFS had the scientific name which I didn't recognize and dont remember now, and google was no help, can anyone help identify? Scientific and or common name would be great!

Most Petri's sold are usually Luci's. Petri's get a little larger. Lucipinnus usually have a clear spot on the pelvic fin. Better picture would help

Thanks for the info! After seeing the name here, its a definitely a Lucipinnus, I knew it was something with an L. I really need to start writing down the names of the stuff I buy.

Mike - I got him/her at Ocean Design aquarium, 7542 w Addison. Its a small store but they had a decent selection, better than the other place I usually go to anyway, and the owner was friendly and helpful. They had a lot of live plants too so now of course I'm thinking of going with a planted tank eventually. **** addictive hobby.

If you have any lfs recommendations, I'm all ears.
