Help identifying... Torpedo barb?

Hi, quick question to anyone out there who might be able to help! I'm trying to ID the below inhabitant of my new adopted tank. I think he looks like a torpedo barb, but can't see any trace of red on him at all, does anyone know whether they come in different varieties, or develop colour as they get older?
