Help me restock my 75 gallon...

I lost some fish to ich recently Right now my current stocking is:

1 Black Ghost Knife
1 Pictus Cat
2 Bleeding Heart Tetras
10 Hatchetfish
1 L199 Pleco
1 Angelfish
2 Peppered Cories

I would like to add a couple more pictus cats as well as a couple of SA cichlids that will get between 6-8 inches. Any suggestions on which ones would go well? I don't mind something that will get big enough and make a snack out of the small fish in the tank... I'd rather have just a few big fish I think.

Some more bleeding heart tetras and peppered cories would be nice too: they'll do better in groups.
If you don't like the small fish, then give them back to your LFS or try to pass them to someone on this forum, rather than letting them get eaten by larger fish....

What's the pH of your tank?
