Mine is 30" 12" and 18" so your tank is roughly 90 litres. My tank is 80 litres with those measurements.

Ah, so I think you have cycling problems, you started a new tank, and added so much new fish to it. Start by doing a 50% WC, that won't hurt.

Put some bacterial boost after your water change.
