Help! Shrimp stuck

I have the evolve 2 with yellow shrimp, and one managed to get himself In the back compartment where the pump is held. I have removed everything and still can't get him out of there. Any ideas? The opening is too small for a net and/or hand

You could get a turkey vaster and cut the opening so it's wide enough to not hurt him and suck him out

Can he swim out on his own or is he actually stuck?
