We need so more info.
Tank size?
Is it cycled?
When was it set up?
Ammonia, nitrite, nitrite, pH?
Other tank mates?
Are any other fish showing symptoms?
When was the fish added to the tank?
How often are PWC done?

It's a 55 gallon its been cycled Thebes been in the tank for about 3 months they have had babies before at the fish store ammonias at 0 ph is about at 8.2

No other fish are acting sick the only tank mates now are the other Texas.cichlid and a baby red devil who is a pansy all he does is hide and a few catfish.
