Help....What Is This?????

Help ...I do not have a clue of what this is in my red cherry shrimp tank..
Organic Choice Garden Soil as the soil then capped with black sand...

The plant? It is either water wisteria or water sprite. I can never keep the two seperate in my mind.

Not the plant...look in between there is something clear and round with some beige/whit inside
