Help with identification

I see now I should have asked more questions here before purchasing my pleco. However I have it now. They told me at the store it was a dwarf bristle nose. However on a closer look at home I would say it is not . Can anyone tell me what type of pleco it is now afraid it will get to big for my 30 gal tank. Right now it is very small. And active , not at all shy.

It looks very similar to a Bristle nose pleco. It would be an Ancistrus

They don't always get bristles, males get the bristley looking face.

If the fish is not an Ancistrus then the fish store should take him back.
