I did a 50 water change in my 10 gallon today which was a bit overdue. Cleaned the gravel, not overly, and just rinsed out the filter in the dirty water. Now my water is cloudy and my nitrates are around 20. Ammonia and nitrites are both 0. Should I leave it alone? Add some safe start? Fish do not seemed stressed at all. Thanks in advance

Nitrates at 20 ppm or less is fine. Try to change water every week...good for keeping algae under control.
