How can I lower my nitrites?

Really the only way to lower your nitrites is to do water changes. If you still have nitrites in your tank your probably not cycled all the way yet, what are your water parameters?

Adding live plants or mung from an established tank will help.

My LPS always say if nitrites are high fast fish for about week and add stress zyme each day till levels are back to normal

What does stress Zyme do?

Don't worry about the stress zyme. It's suppose to contain beneficial bacteria but it's useless. Lots of water changes to keep it low and the tank will eventually establish itself again. Is this a new tank or have you changed something like filter media?
