Tons of options. PVC or rocks would be my choice.

Terracotta pot? Fancy garden stores have all sorts. There are ones with flat sides designed to be mounted on walls. I haven't seen them too often, but I reckon that they would make a good cave because you could lay them flat on their sides.

Coconut shells. Just cut them in half and then make a hole for the fish.
