homemade fish food recipies ?

Hi everyone, i was just wandering if many people make thier own fish food for freshwater fish ? If so it would be nice if people could share their different recipies with us all !!! I keep 2 oscars and group of frontosa's wich all get along fine. The recipie that i just started making is a mixture of shrimp, brocoli, spinich, and peas..... they go crazy over it.... what is youre recipie ? Pat.

Best one I've found (and have used now for almost 2 years) was a modified version of the one Greg Watson had posted a long time ago. Except I substituted out the beef heart. I just spent 20min scouring the net and cannot find it. Hopefully my work computer has a bookmark of the original recipe but I'm not positive.
