How long should i light my tank?

I got a new quad T5 aquatic life light with 4 LEDs and 3 settings (day, night, morning) and I need advice for how long a should run each setting and what time should they start

I run my blues from 8am-10am, all bulbs from 10am-6pm, blues from 6pm-8pm, then moonlight LEDs all night. You'll have to periodically change these in accordance with the seasons.
