How many more tetras could I add?

I have a 29 gallon tank with 3 dwarf gouramis, 3 red eye tetras, and 10 neon tetras. How many more of the red eye tetras and/or neon tetras could I add?

I'd say you could get about 7 more, and your stock would be just about maxed out.
