How many tetras could live in a 15g tank?

The title of this post pretty much says it lol I was wondering how many tetras could go in a 15g tank. Neon tetras and glo tetras are the ones that i would be getting most likely. Also how many could live in a 30 gallon tank? It's a long one if that makes any difference oh and there would be a harlequin rasbora in there as well

If that's the only thing going in these tanks I would say about 10-12 for the 15g and maybe 20 total in the 30g long

Thank you! And yea I'm set on tetras lol or unless I change my mind again lol but it will just be the tetras and the harlequin . My fantail is getting moved when I get the new fish
