Ok, so I have been having problems accessing aqadvisor.com on all of my devices. I thought it was a location issue, and it turned to to be one 
How I got around it:
1) Install chrome if you don't have it
2) Go to the chrome store, and install Hola! (https://hola.org/?utm_source=holaext)
3) Go to the aqadvisor website and click on Hola! and change your 'location' to UK
4) Access aqadvisor!
