How to transport a fish long distance?

Hi.

I found out about a bigger petstore than the little one we have here (rural area). I want go there sometime to see what they have. If I decide to buy a fish there, is there a way to transport it to my house? Its about a 5 hour trip! I can't see it being done but if its possible I want to know please!

Thanks!
PS. My new 50L community is doing brilliantly!

Keep in mind fish are often shipped over a 24 hour period of time. Just a large bag with few fish per bag and plenty of air in it. The only time this can be a problem is if you don't have ac in your car.
