I do not have much of a green algae issue but do have some so-called brown algae..

They initially mainly cleaned most of my stones but, now the have been just concentrating on my "drift wood" which is actuality some sort of root wood..

They also add some new interest to my tank.
You never see them move but in a few minutes, they are in a completely different place :).

An interesting observation ....

When I first put them in the tank, one snail went almost directly to the back glass which of course was not as "clean" as the front.
Then they both more or less cleaned the small stones..
.
Eventually, both went to the "wood" and stayed there for a while
They both left the wood at times individually.... searching for food wherever... but keep coming back to it.

Do they remember where a good food source is?
