i officially have a fin nipper

I woke up this morning and noticed one of my guppies has a little chunk taken out of his tail, the culprit I believe is the other guppy in my tank who always harrasses the other fish but I've never seen him be too aggressive, just follows the other fish..what should I do about this..

Is it an all one sex tank and if not do you have the proper ratio to avoid aggression (1m/3f)
