Can you help me identify this algae? I just culled the hardest hit leaves on my Anubis.

This is probably because you exposed your anubis to high light, and in this case the algae grow faster than the plant.

Can't see the algae... Is this like green spot? Of more like little hairs ?

I think it's green spot. Light not that high.... May even have been too low.

You can't remove it by scrubbing/bleaching. The new leaves will not have thoses dots if they healty.
