It looks like a peacock of some sort.
Yea,.. It has a tint of blue at times.. It is about 2 & 1/2 inches.. Females' id are usually hard to pinpoint.. It was carrying eggs at some point and spit em' out or ate them.. I was thinking electric blue ahli, but not so confident..
