ID my pleco please

Please help me identify my pleco. He's 2 years old and 17cm long.

I'm pretty sure it's a sailfin pleco.

Ya, Gibbiceps aka sailfin pleco, I'd expect it to be larger than that after 2 years though.

Yes, I expected him to grow more in 2 years as well.

Could it be because he grew up in a 60 liter aquarium? He was really tiny when I bought him though and I always planned to move him to bigger aquarium later on. Actually I plan to buy a bigger aquarium in a few months.
Water is clean, I do 50% water changes weekly. I feed him an algae wafer a day as I was told in LFS. Should I feed him more?

Why do you think he's not bigger?

The tank size may have stunted growth, and if algae wafers are all you feed more variety in the diet would be helpful in any case.

Forgot to mention occasionally I feed him zucchini, broccoli, cucumbers.
