Little bugger blends in pretty well, but looks like a pond snail.

Are Pond Snails good to have in the tank or bad?

I should have asked that in the first post, sorry! And thank you!

A lot of people consider them "pest" snails, but they don't hurt anything. As long as you don't over feed, the population won't explode usually. Now in my opinion I like having them. I have pond/malaysian trumpet/ramshorn snails in my tanks, they do a real good job of keeping it clean. It's all personal preference, they don't eat plants, they clean up leftover food, for me it works.

Nah nothing dangerous at all, although once you have one you will get more, they reproduce asexually (how boring o_O) so it only takes one. Just don't over feed though and they'll stay under control.
