identification please?

Hi all, anybody know the name of this fish? Only thing I can find anywhere near it is an x ray tetra and these are a good inch bigger than those with no colour at all except the tail. All the bones are visible. X

I would have to say Bloodfin tetra too. Doesn't look like it has it's colors yet. How long have u had it and do you have more than one?

There's 2 of them that came with the tank. I've had it about 3 weeks. Will go look them up now.

+1 on the bloodfin tetra. They are schooling so I recommend that you get at least 3 more.

Theyre actually really neat fish. i had them for a few months then they all mysteriously died.

Spot on, glass bloodfins will have a look around tomorrow for a few friends. Winds me up when people just buy random fish without looking what they need. Now my water quality is sorted I can put it all right. Need a few more kahli (sp) loaches too.

by "(sp)" do you mean that you don't know how to spell it or you just noticed you spelled it wrong? If you need a spelling, it's spelled kuhli loach. If you knew, just disregard this.
