Identify fish

I saw this fish at my eyeglass store
.. it looks like it has no eyes. I'm interested if the fish is naturally like this or if is the result of something else l. It looked almost scarred

I'm with All-Fish here. Liking Cave fish/tetra. My aunt used to have one.

It's a blind cave for sure. What I find ironic is its at an optometrists office.

The blind caves originate in waters in caves. They have evolved to become eyeless, as they don't need them in darkness of the caves.
Thus the name blind cave fish.
