So, I had two common goldies in my 29gal and I gave them to a friend so I could get two SA puffers. The puffers didn't work out. So, I got a handful of tiger barbs and green barbs... for some reason those didn't work out either (Stephen has been calling my tank the tank of death). So my 29gal has been empty for a few months now.

So, I went to my LFS to get a new angelfish and low and behold, there was a single fancy goldfish swimming around in an empty tank.

Isn't he the cutest?!

(sorry the pix are kind blurry)

His name is Buddy Holly (Buddy for short). I plan to get 2 (maybe 3) more fancy goldfish within the next few months. I am such a sucker for goldfish =o)

Cute fantail. I suggest 10 gallons per fish for fancy goldies and 15 each for comets and commons. I'm a sucker for them too. I've got a 7 inch shubbie, a 5 inch common, two fantails, one moor, two 3 inch commons, and a 3 inch sarasa.
