In the Fog?

Thanks for the warm welcome.

I joined the forum so I can learn what I am doing wrong with my new aquarium.

I can't seem to get out of the fog. lol

I have consulted every pet shop and the manufacturer of the aquarium. I have done and bought everything that they tell me to. I have also done nothing and waited 2 weeks. I have had my new aquarium since mid June.
Still my 16 tank is cloudy. Readings are good.
I just don't understand and I am very frustrated.

I had a 20 gallon tank before for many years and I had no issues with it or my fish.

Try adding filter floss to your filter.

Can you post a picture so we can see what it looks like? It could a be a bacterial bloom.
