Invert Deaths and Well Water Test

I am having a rough time keeping snails and shrimp alive. I've tried multiple species, from multiple sources, and the best I've been able to do is keep a couple apple snails alive for a few weeks.

I recently had a inorganic chemical and metal test done on my well water, and attached the results below. Can anyone tell me if there's anything that looks abnormal?

Just wanted to add that my standard water parameters are fine, and I do weekly PWCs. I've also added a cuttle bone.
