Iron deficiency in Sword plant?

My Kleiner Bar sword has some pale areas on the most of the leaves. I use the Flourish tabs under the gravel. Last one I inserted was 3 months ago. Is this an iron deficiency, or do I just need to put in another Flourish tab? I hope it shows up well enough in the pic. Thanks!

Looks like a co2 related problem to me.

Swords typically should be reviving root tabs every month if I'm not mistaken
